What are your hours?
We're open Monday - Friday from 8:00AM until 4:30PM Central Time. If you contact us after hours or on the the weekend, we'll get back to you on the next business day.


How are you different from other online sellers?
We are passionate about sharpening. We have a trained staff that is able to answer any of your sharpening questions. This service is free to all customers.

Do you stock everything you sell?
Absolutely, we stock everything we sell. This gives us the ability to provide you with the best possible service.

How fast do you ship?
We ship the same day. If you purchase by 2PM CST, we'll ship everything in-stock the same day. We ship Monday - Friday. If you place an order after 2PM or on the weekend, we ship it the next monrning. We have many shipping options available and each clearly states the day it will ship and the day of estimated arrival.

Where are you located?
We're located in Middleton, WI. We're just outside of Madison, WI. Our location in the central part of the country makes it easy to ship to to all areas of the country.

Do you have a showroom?
We stock all of our products in our warehouse and offer order pickup at our front desk. However, we do not have a showroom. If you need to arrange pickup, please just call ahead and we'll have your order ready for you.


How do you ship?
We use the United States Post Office and Fedex for shipping. When you place your order, you will be given a choice to select your shipping methods. The prices and estimated delivery times are clearly presented at the time of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $99. This applies to all US states. We do not have free shipping for international orders.

Do you offer coupon codes?
No, we do not use coupon codes at all. Everyone is eligible for the same price. We often have items on sale and there is no need to use a coupon code to receive the sale price..

If an item is on backorder, when will you ship it?
We ship all backordered items the day they arrive in our warehouse. In fact, when you place your order, we give you the estimated ship date. That date represents the best and most current estimate. In most cases, the date is very short and the product is already in transit to our location. We prefer to have everything in stock so we can ship your order immediately, but sometimes a spike in demand may cause us to go on backorder temporarily. When you place your order for an item on backorder, you are reserving that item and will receive your item before all other placing orders after you.

Yes, we do. We have a separate page for all of your international shipping questions.
