At Sharpening Supplies we believe in getting your product to you as quickly as possible. We ship Monday - Friday. We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service for all of our shipments. We are located in Wisconsin; this central location is within 1 to 7 shipping days of the 48 contiguous states. All in-stock items ordered by 12:00PM CT are shipped the same business day, with the exception of holidays or inclement weather. We're Serious About Service
Our Customer Service and Shipping Departments are serious about service. At Sharpening Supplies, the service starts on the website. All of our products state if they're IN STOCK, but if there is a delay, we state it in clear language how long it will take before we can ship. Upon checkout, we give you a date when your order will ship, the method of delivery, and an estimate of the date of arrival. Our systems know the stock status of your items, and know exactly when we'll be able to ship them. It doesn't matter if it is during the day or night, a weekday or weekend, this information is always up-to-date. Once your order is placed, our Customer Service Team checks your order and sends it to our Shipping Department. All of this happens quickly and efficiently. At the end of the day, you'll get a confirmation of the shipment and a tracking number. Of course, if you have any questions, please just give us a call.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
We stock what we sell in our Middleton, Wisconsin warehouse. You will find the stock status of each product clearly displayed on the product page when you order along with any additional shipping information.
Packaging
We want your package to arrive on time and in good condition. We're experienced shipping sharpeners and package everything so it arrives in new condition.
Shipping Charges
We believe shipping and handling charges should be fair. We base our shipping and handling rates on the weight of your order. Our shipping charges are clearly displayed prior to purchase.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Territories, because these locations require air shipping, not all items can be shipped.
We ship to Canada and many international destinations.
