What are your hours?
We're open Monday - Friday from 8:00AM until 4:30PM Central Time.

Where are you located?
We're located in Middleton, WI USA.

How do you ship International packages?
We use the United States Post Office to ship international packages. We offer both First Class and Priority Mail service.

How quickly do you ship international order?
International orders get the same treatment as domestic orders. We ship the order the same day if they're ordered before 2PM CST. However, some international may require additional address verification that may delay the order by a day.

Do you offer free shipping?
Sorry, we're unable to offer free shipping on international orders.

How many packages will you ship if an item is on backorder?
We ship all international packages in one shipment. If there is a delay on an item, we will hold the shipment until all items are in stock. The estimated shipment date is stated when you place your order. If there is any delay, we will inform you by email.

How will you contact me if there is a question on my order?
Due to time zone and language differences, we use email as the primary form of correspondence with international orders.

What currency does your website use?
We display all our prices in US Dollars.

How long do international orders take in transit?
It can take between 1 and 4 weeks for Priority Mail and up to 6 weeks for First Class mail to be delivered to your destination. All of our packages are flown overseas. Time in transit often takes longer because of customs clearance in the destination country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we include tracking information with all shipments. It is emailed to you the day your order ships.

What is happening if the tracking information hasn't been updated in a while?
International tracking isn't updated as often as other domestic methods of transit. It is common for a package to be scanned in the United States and the next scan is a few weeks later upon the package delivery. A delay in tracking does not mean there is a delay in the package. Modern package delivery is very reliable, but sometimes it requires a little patience.
