Diamond Wheels for the Tormek T4!

Your Tormek T-4 just got even more amazing. Tormek has always made the most versatile, reliable and precise sharpener around, but they didn't offer diamond wheels. Until now.

Sharpen anything, never worry about dishing or cupping, and even achieve flat bevels with the new diamond wheels from Tormek.

Fine 600 Grit

The DF-200 wheel is a fine 600 grit. This is a great all-around wheel. Its combination of efficient material removal and smooth finish make it a versatile sharpening wheel for your Tormek.

For those times when coarser or a finer abrasive is called for, the DC-200 Coarse 360 Grit Wheel and the DE-200 Extra Fine 1200 Grit Wheel are also available.

Sharpen any Material

Diamonds are the hardest abrasive available, and with them it is possible to sharpen not only steel, but ceramic and carbide as well. Now, sharpen even more with your Tormek.

Use the Side of the Wheel

The Tormek diamond wheels have abrasive on the side of the wheel too. When used in conjunction with the MB100 Multi Base, this flat face can be used with 10 different Tormek jigs for sharpening. If you need a flat bevel instead of the slight concave surface that edge-of-wheel sharpening gives, it is now possible to achieve it on a Tormek.

Includes Anti Corrosion Concentrate

For the best results, Tormek recommends using water when sharpening with their diamond wheels. And included with each diamond wheel is a 150ml bottle of TOR-ACC150 Anti Corrosion Concentrate. Mix 10ml of concentrate per 250ml of water in the trough for non-corrosive, water cooled sharpening.

For the T4

The DC200 Diamond Stone is sized for the Tormek T4, T4 Bushcraft and T3 models. It measures 8" in diameter and 1 5/8" wide. For metric folks, that is 200MM x 40MM.
