    • Easy Knife Sharpening

    The Spyderco Galley-V Knife Sharpener is easy to use. With it, anyone can create sharp edges without electricity, oil, water, complicated clamps or fixtures. Hold your knife vertically and draw it against the sharpening rods. Specially designed holes hold the 12" long rods at a 20 degrees per side angle, so there's no guesswork.

    Clamp or Mount in Place

    Specifically designed for frequent touch ups of working knives, the Galley-V has a compact, high-impact-plastic base that can be clamped or even permanently mounted to a countertop or other work surface. The base measures 6" long and 2" wide.

    Versatility

    The  Spyderco Gally-V has star-shaped holes holding the oval-shaped rods. These allow the rods to be turned to expose fresh abrasive surfaces or to orient the edges of the rods for sharpening serrated edges. 

    Fine Ceramic Rods
