Third Stage Filter for Gen 1 and Gen 2 Magna-Matic Dust Collectors
The MAG-200-17 is MERV 13 rated, pleated filter, 12" x 12" nominal (11.25" x 11.25" x 0.75" actual). It works with Gen 1 and Gen 2 editions of the MAG-200 series collectors. The Gen 3 edition uses a thicker 4" deep filter.
MAG-200 Dust Collector's Three Stages of filtration
- Metal Mesh Filter breaks up air flow and kills sparks
- MAG-200-15 MERV 8 Pad Filter removes particles 3 to 10 micron in size and larger, which includes most dust and grit.
- MAG-200-17 MERV 13 Pleated Filter removes particles 0.3 to 1 micron in size and larger, which includes fine dust and some fumes/smoke.
