A Complete Professional Lawn Mower Blade Sharpening System

This kit (AKA Magna-Matic System 6) has everything you need to sharpen lawn mower blades. A 1hp grinder, dust collector and blade balance with a stand and all the attachments needed to mount everything, along with a task light, casters, storage shelf, and dust covers.

MAG-8200M 1hp Sharpener

The Magna-Matic 8200M 1hp Lawn Mower Blade Sharpener with Modular Table is a professional grade sharpener built to handle any type or size of lawn mower blade. If you are in need of a heavy-duty blade grinder that will handle any blade that might come your way, whether it is large, small, flat, curved, right-handed, or left -handed, then look no further.

The MAG-200-4H Dust Collector is specifically set up to collect dust from the 8100 sharpener. It features 3 stages of filtration that safely draw live sparks, dust, and grit. Includes 16" of 4" Diameter Hose.

The MAG-10400 Service Center Stand is designed to hold your Magna-Matic Grinder, Dust Collector and Blade Balancer in one convenient spot.

The MAG-1000 Blade Balancer mounts on the stand allowing the blade to hang in a horizontal balance position. Strong magnets hold the blade in place. Cone size fits blade hole widths 5/16" to 1-1/2" diameter. Made of the finest precision steel for a long life. Special sealed bearings for precision balancing.

The MAG-200-20-KIT consists of 4 brackets that provide a way to mount a Magna-Matic dust collector to the MAG-10400 Sharpener Service Center Stand. With these brackets, you can mount the MAG-200-4H dust collector to the stand. The brackets come with all the necessary hardware for mounting to a Magna-Matic stand.

Two MAG-200-36 Dust Collection Flanges connect the MAG-8100 sharpener to the MAG-220-4H Dust Collector.

LED Task Light

The MAG-124 Industrial Task Light  is a 500 Lumens and 5,000 K LED light with a magnet base to put light right where it is needed most.

Wheel Kit for Stand

The MAG-10400-08-KIT Casters make the station and everything on it mobile for better shop organization.

Shelf for Stand

The MAG-10400-10 Shelf adds storage to the stand.

Dust Covers

The MAG-1000-48 Dust Cover for Magna-Matic Blade Balancers and the MAG-8200-126 Dust Cover for MAG-8100 Grinders Keeps the machines protected when not in use.
