Convex Edge Handles and Diamond Lapping Film
Wicked Edge Blank Convex Edge Handles are designed with soft rubber strips. When Diamond Micron Lapping Film is affixed to the rubber strips, the resulting abrasive surface has enough give to allow for the creation of convex bevel on any knife.
The coarse 30 Micron Diamond Lapping Film reprofiles bevels to a smooth and sturdy convex shape. The 15 , 9, 6, and 3 Micron Diamond Lapping Films progressively refine the edge for increased sharpness and polish. The very fine 1 Micron Diamond Film puts the finishing touch on the blade, leaving a razor sharp edge with a mirror fine finish.
Lighted Loupe
The included Lighted Loupe provides a handy way to inspect your edge. Get a close look at every little bit to ensure that you have created the best edge possible. In addition to the light, the loupe includes an in-view scale for reference. The Lighted Loupe requires 2 AA batteries, which are not included.
