The XpertEdge 6 Stage Knife and Shear Sharpener is one sharpener for all your knives and household scissors. The 5 tungsten pull-through slots and 1 ceramic scissors sharpener cover everything from low angle fillet knives to high angle cleavers, all in one unit.

Select Your Angle

The XpertEdge Sharpener has 5 pull-through slots for sharpening different types of knives. Each slot has the tungsten V-sharpeners set to an angle intended for specific types of knives. The angles are:

• 14° - For Fillet Knives
• 15°  - For Low Angle EU and Japanese-made Kitchen Knives
• 20° - For Chefs Knives
• 22° - For Sporting and Outdoor Knives
• 26° - For Cleavers

Each slot is clearly marked for quick selection.

Shears Sharpener

The XpertEdge has an integrated shear sharpening slot built into one end. This clever device a ceramic rod to sharpen both blades of a scissors at one time, and makes it easy to keep the angle consistent. The shear sharpener is great for kitchen shears and household scissors.

Easy to Use

The XpertEdge is easy to use. Select the appropriate angle slot for your knife. Start with the heal of the blade and gently pull the knife through to the tip. Repeat until the desired sharpness is reached.
