Hard Arkansas Stones
These are natural Arkansas Stones, quarried and shaped in the USA. Arkansas stones have long been workhorses for sharpening edges of all descriptions. They are traditionally used with Honing Oil.
Hard Arkansas Stones are classified as fine or extra-fine grit and are used for refining and maintaining edges. They are often used after coarser Aluminum Oxide or Silicon Carbide stones.
