The Blade Grinding Attachment Mk.2 works exclusively with the Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Mk.2 Knife & Tool Sharpener. Elevate your sharpening system to provide more precision and control on every knife you sharpen.

Innovative Design

Designed in partnership with knife making legend Ken Onion, The Blade Grinding Attachment Mk.2 boasts several innvoations:

  • Dial Adjusting Angle Selection - A convenient dial allows you to quickly set to precise angles from 10° to 35°. Adjustments can be made while the belt is running.
  • 3 Position Adjustable Grind Profile - Choose the degree of convexity you sharpen to. The moveable pulley adjusts to create more or less convex edges depending on your needs.
  • 90° Grind Plate and Platen - Grind spines or reprofile blades quickly with the 2 position adjustable plate and platen.
Take full control of your sharpening experience to create the edge you want on your knives.

Belts Included

The Blade Grinding Attachment Mk.2 comes with flexible 1" x 18" abrasive belts in the following grits:

  • P120 Grit
  • X65 Norax(equivalent to P220)
  • X22 Norax(equivalent to P1000)
  • X4 Norax(equivalent to P3000)
  • 12,000 Grit

Replacement belts for the Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Mk.2 Blade Grinding Attachment are available in the WSKTS-KO Blade Grinding Belt Kit, which contains one belt in each grit.

Attachment only, requires the Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Knife and Tool Sharpener Mk.2 for use. Does not fit other Work Sharp models.

All Work Sharp products are assembled in the USA in Ashland, Oregon with many US components.
