Three Sharpeners in One

The EdgeSharp Xchange Sharp is a cartridge-based sharpener which allows you to sharpen straight blade kitchen knives, serrated knives and scissors with one handy tool. It includes 3 color-coded, interchangeable cartridges that can be conveniently stored inside the handle. 

The Xchange is ergonomic, hand-held sharpening at its easiest. Choose the proper cartridge for your blade, and draw the sharpener along the edge.

Color-Coded Cartridges

The Xchange Sharpener comes with three color-coded cartridges:

• Red - kitchen knives
• Grey - scissors
• Purple - serrated blades

Choose the cartridge based on the type of knife you are sharpening. Cartirdges store conveniently in the handle when not in use.
