The JewelStik Professional Three Grit Steel has coarse, medium and fine diamond surfaces to give you a complete sharpener in one steel. Perfect for on the spot sharpening. Whether your knife is very dull and needs an edge reestablished or is just in need of a touch up, the JewelStik has you covered. This is the most complete range of grits we have ever seen in a single steel.

Each convex diamond face is generously sized at 3/4" wide by 12" long for plenty of room for any kitchen knife. The large handle makes for easy handling. 18" overall length.
