The Dick 12" Oval Profile, Ultra Fine Cut Steel is designed to keep an extremely fine edge on knives for clean slicing. Part of F. Dick's premium Dickoron line, the Dick Micro is an impressive steel that combines maximum usefulness with good looks. The oval shape provides maximum contact with the blade for fast results. The polished steel has very little abrasion mostly smoothing and straightening the edge. This steel is meant to be used lightly and often, while working, before you notice any loss of cutting ability in your knife.
