The Messermeister Edge-Guards have an exterior made from premium vegetable-tanned leather. Smooth and supple to the touch, these deep black guards shield your valuable blades from chips, dulling, and damage. Half-round leather pull tabs at one end make it easy to open the guards for safe access.
Magnetic Closure
The interior of the Messermeister Edge-Guards are made of a soft magnetic rubber material. Gentle on your metal, this magnetic rubber securely hold blades firmly with no slippage. Hinged on one long side, the guards open like a book to cradle your blades, then snap shut to keep them safe.
