The Work Sharp Angle Set Knife Sharpener is a versatile, complete, and easy-to-use sharpener. It was designed with legendary knife maker, Ken Onion.

The Angle Set Knife Sharpener is quick and easy to set up. Simply open the storage case and lock the rods in place. If you can hold your knife vertical, you can use this sharpener. You just draw your knife across the angled rods. When you’re done, just place the rods back into the storage case.

The Angle Set Knife Sharpener features adjustable angles. It can be set to 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5 or 25 degrees. This gives you the ability to customize your edge to suit your needs. The process of adjusting the angles is as simple as moving the magnetic feet and placing them into the correct position.

This sharpener features 3 abrasive grits. The first is a coarse diamond (320 grit) that can be used on dull or damaged knives. The medium diamond (600 grit) refines the edge. The fine ceramic (1000 grit) will put a very fine edge on your knife. Instead of replacing the rods to switch grits, you simply rotate each rod to expose the proper grit.

Designed and produced in the USA.
