Ceramic Honing Rod with Angle Guides

Ceramic honing rods are perfect for finishing and maintaining fine cutting edge on knives. Angle guides provide a reference to make sure that you are honing at the proper angle. Get both with the Wedgek HXT Ceramic Rod with Angle Guides

Fine, Sturdy Ceramic Rod

This is a fine honing rod at 1500 grit. And it's a generous size as well. The rod is 10 3/4" long and 5/8" diameter. The handle is 6" long with a large metal hanging loop.

The rod is also sturdy, featuring a permanent shatter protection tip and elastic wrap inside the handle.

Easy to use Angle Guides

The angle guides consist of four separate cones that slide over the ceramic rod and rest against the handle. Each cone has several surfaces, each at a different angle. Choose between angles of 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 25, and 30 degrees.

To use, select the appropriate cone and find the surface with your desired angle. Then lay your knife against the angle guide. This gives you your starting point. Now slide the knife along the rod, keeping the angle steady as you go.

Dear Mr. Carmona: From the first time I spoke to you by telephone, I have been greatly impressed by your willingness, even your eagerness to take your time from your own personal activities to assist me. I am awed by your extensive knowledge and work in a field that is such a benefit to so many people in so many kind of activities. Your website is a real asset, and a testimony to your desire to be helpful. I wish to thank you again for your kindness as well as your fervor in the way your company deals with interested parties, even those who may purchase nothing, or only small items, as I have done.
