A Very Sharp Carving Axe

This was one of the finest "factory" edges I've seen on a new tool or knife. This axe needed just 128 grams of pressure to cut the test media on our Edge On Up Sharpness Tester. This level of sharpness is usually reserved for smaller, very carefully sharpened tools and knives. This Small Carving Axe was made in Sweden by Kalthoff Axes.
