The Work Sharp E2 Kitchen Knife Sharpener is all about ease of use. Turn it on and pull your knife through the guides, alternating sides with each pass. The timer will automatically stop the machine after 90 seconds. Then use the ceramic center slot for a final hone. It's that straight forward.
Reversible, Replaceable Discs
The Work Sharp E2 uses two abrasive discs. Each disc may be reversed for long life. The discs are replaceable as well to ensure a sharpener that will be useful for years to come.

The E2 also features an easy to use scissors guide. Simply remove the 20° knife guide to access the scissors guide.
