The Heavy Commercial Knife Sharpener from Tru Hone offers the same ease of use and consistently excellent results as their Light Commercial Model. The HCA has the same stainless steel case, robust motor, rotating shafts and sealed ball-bearings as the LC, but it also has features that make it suitable for continuous service in a heavy-use commercial environment.

The Tru Hone Knife Sharpener handles knife sharpening from start to finish. It can be set for bevel angles of 10 degrees to 32 degrees per side (20 degrees to 65 degrees inclusive), and has position indicators to facilitate grinding, edge setting and honing operations. The variable speed control allows you to truly fine tune your knife sharpening.
