Cubit Boron Nitride and Ceramic Sides
The Double Stuff 2 from Spyderco has two sides. The coarse Cubit Boron Nitride (CBN) side offers fast material removal to quickly establish an edge. The fine ceramic side is perfect for polishing to razor sharpness.
Tapered Edges for Serrated Blades
Each of the two sides has its own tapered edge to allow sharpening of blades that can't be done with a flat stone, such as knives with serrated blades or concave curves.
Groove for Fish Hooks and Pointed Tools
The fine ceramic side of the Double Stuff 2 features a groove running along its length. Perfect for sharpening fish hooks and pointed tools.
