Sharpening a Scandi Grind Using the Tormek T-4

Sharpening a Mora Clipper (I know, I keep calling it a Companion), on a Tormek T-4.

Using the Centering Knife Jig makes it really easy to put an accurate hollow grind on your knives.

Eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed that I was sharpening in the jig's stop for tall knives. I just found that position easier to get the angle I needed without the jig's jaws rubbing against the wheel.
