This is the Replacement Module for the one that comes standard with the Chef's Choice Model 2100. It sharpens to 20 degrees. The module features high quality diamond abrasives for fast sharpening and razor sharp edges. Engineered and assembled in the USA.

For those who prefer a 15 degree sharpening angle, an Asian Style Replacement Module is available.
