Easier to learn and faster than corrugating by hand with diamond files, The Wolff Corru-Gator is the most effcient system out there. Used in conjunction with the Wolff Ookami Gold® or Twice As Sharp® Scissors Sharpening Systems, it provides truly sharp corrugated results.

The Corru-Gator comes fitted with a fine tooth diamond, 72 teeth per inch wheel. The Corru-Gator also comes fitted with an arm and clamp assembly that can be set to match all possible angles on scissors and shears up to 14 inches in length. Confidently corrugate any shear to the exact angle best suited to your customer’s needs. An in-depth manual lists many of the best angles for different styles

Prevent Sliding and Bunching

Corrugated blades hold fibers in place to prevent sliding and bunching. Corrugated blades are found on some barber and pet grooming scissors as well as Industrial scissors used for cutting Kevlar®, Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, aramids, ballistics materials, and other advanced textiles
