F Dick SM-111 Sharpening Machine

The Friederich Dick SM-111 is a complete knife sharpener meant for use in a commercial environment where fast, reliable knife sharpening is key. It has three stages of sharpening in one machine. The first stage is the large primary grinding wheels that run in a water bath for cooling and will not remove the temper from the steel. This grinding is guided by magnetic holders that adjust to 12, 14, 16 or 18 degrees per side. The second stage is the honing wheels that work both sides of the blade at the same time. These honing wheels are adjustable so you can dial in the perfect angle. And the third stage is a polishing wheel that removes the burr and refines the edge to perfection.
