The Work Sharp Surface Conditioning Wheel is used for rust removal or sanding metal surfaces. The wheel is made of a medium density non-woven abrasive. The wheel is pliable so it conforms to the surface being sanded. The Surface Conditioning Wheel works with both the Work Sharp 2000 and Work Sharp 3000 systems.
