Unlike your standard slipstone, these stones offer 4 different profiles on each stone. By having 4 profiles on one stone you can maximize contact when working the inside bevel of gouges. At 6mm thick (a little less than 1/4") these stones are great for smaller gouges. Each of the sharpening profiles are a full 3" in length. Plastic storage box included.
